After a long sleep we headed into Siem Reap centre to explore. We found a market which was under cover. It provided great shade from the sun and we wandered around buying little trinkets.
Everyone is preparing for the Khymer New Year which starts tomorrow for three days but the big day actually happens on 14th. There are loads of tinsle stars on sale for people to decorate their homes and everyone gets time off work!!
We discovered a street called 'Pub Street' and this was where we spent the rest of the day. It was 50cent a beer and so there isn't much more to say about the rest of the evening!!!
